Despite her young age of 19, Mariam Elyasi designs have shown innovation and surpassed all difficulties in the fashion industry.
Being a college student in Zayed University didn’t kill Mariam’s passion for fashion designing. Mariam doesn’t believe in the word “impossible” where that was proven through her latest design of the “Caviar Dress” where she beat all the odds to tailor.
MIM Designs are known for their chicness and uniqueness of every piece. Mariam joined a lot of local fashion events which helped her reach out to her fans all the way in Spain. Being featured in Spanish magazines and interviews on Spanish local television, Mariam was recognized as the first , youngest Emirati fashion designer to go global
Mariam showcases her own designs by wearing them. When she gets positive feedback on a certain piece, she modifies it and creates a more updated version of it to tailor to customer needs. Her fashion inspiration comes from Valentino and her favorite fashion icon is Sheikha Moza of the UAE.
