Personal hygiene

Personal hygiene is the routine that you adopt to keep yourself neat and clean. To keep yourself hygienic is a basic need of interactive mannerism. This includes bathing, washing hands, brushing teeth, keeping nails clean, and much more.

  • TYPES OF HYGIENE

There are types of hygiene that you need to adopt in order to keep yourself presentable and give a more friendly outlook just by entering the room.

Toilet:

There are certain mannerisms to use the restroom. After you are done with the activity there, you ‘need’ to wash your hands properly with soap for over 20 to 30 seconds. Rub it between the fingers and near the nails and then let dry your hand with a clean towel. You can also use sanitizer for more appropriate closure.

Nail:

You should cut and cleanse your nails on a regular basis because nails catch up the dirt and wrap the dirt and dust into a cluster. The outgrown part of the nail should be cleansed with a nail filer and those who have a habit of keeping long nails should shape it often. Also, nails are the anxiety relaxants because people chew it when anxious. Discard this habit and also keep nails clean in case you want to chew it badly.

Teeth:

Teeth are the first thing that a person gets an impression of when talking to you. As said first impression is the last impression. Even if this is a myth there is the first impression and that needs to be good. In order to avoid tiny food clusters to cling into your teeth, do brush teeth two to three times a day and definitely after eating sweet or it will make black teeth out of it. Dental treatments are really expensive and you can easily avoid them by brushing and gargling a mouthwash for better odor and white shiny teeth.

Hands:

Hands are the parts of the body that are the initials of a interaction with anyone. handshaking passing something to the other or making food, everything needs a hand to work. Hands should be kept clean by washing frequently. Your food would be hygienic if you have clean hands to cook it. And also as you eat with your hands, do grocery, clean the house so they should be void of any dirt or germs.

Hair:

Hairs are the essential part that needs extra care for cleanliness. If left unwashed, they start developing foul smells and become a home for head lice. They start becoming too oily or scratchy with dandruff. That’s why they need to be rinsed and washed with a good quality shampoo so that its aroma smells heaven out of it.

Hygiene to avoid smell:

In summers the body gets warm up real quick and starts sweating. The sweat smells foul and is uninviting for people you interact with. To avoid these smells make room in your body you should use roll-on after bathing and keep a body spray with you all the time do that you can spray it over when it starts getting smelly.

By following these tips at hand you can look presentable and friendly all the time and give out a positive impact on everyone you interact with.
