According to details, Karachi has been divided into four parts where military forces will assist the police in providing security to ECP personnel during verification.

Meanwhile, the ECP is finalising preparations for the verification process. Verification of voter lists will continue from Jan 10 through to March 8.

Moreover, the National Database and Registration Authority (Nadra) will deliver to the ECP printed electoral rolls for the verification process by Jan 9. The fresh lists will include the names of those citizens who have turned 18, the legal voting age, by Dec 15. – dawn.com
