Korea introduces own version of unmanned flight

There has been keen attention on unmanned flight since revelations that the United States decided to allow the sales of its RQ-4 reconnaissance ultra-altitude planes to South Korea.

Unmanned aircraft was first developed by the Israelis and followed by a limited number of countries, including the United States, France, Germany and Italy and it is one that requires the highest level of aviation technology.

Korea developed its very own “Drone”in the beginning of 2012 and is planning commercial production from 2013.

The development of unmanned aircraft is expected to continue picking up speed.

The newsmagazine Time said in a recent report unmanned aircraft capable of shooting down other planes with lasers will be available by 2017.
