The total liquid foreign reserves held by the country stood at $14,333.2 million on October 26, 2012. Giving the break-up of the foreign reserves position, a statement of State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) said that the foreign reserves held by the central bank were $9,806.1 million while the net foreign reserves held by banks (other than SBP) stood at $4,527.1 million. The total liquid foreign reserves of the country stood at $14,333.2 million, as on October 26, the statement said.
