Luxury serviced apartments on the Abu Dhabi breakwater near Marina Mall are now available to purchase.
The 249 apartments at the Fairmont Marina Residences are part of the 563-room Fairmont Marina Resort, which is due to open in 2016, and currently consists of two rapidly growing Arabian-themed towers that will have 39 storeys.
The first Fairmont branded residences in the UAE will benefit from services such as housekeeping, childcare, grocery shopping and even a private chef on demand, according to FRHI Hotels & Resorts, the brand’s parent company.
“The initial interest in the Fairmont Marina Residences development has been tremendous among Abu Dhabi residents,” said the National Investment Corporation, the owning company.
“We anticipate strong demand for these luxury residences which combines the best of city living and a breathtaking location with unrivalled lifestyle benefits offered by a signature hospitality brand.”
FRHI Hotels & Resorts said in a statement that sales of the residences are “aimed purely at UAE nationals”. Prices are yet to be disclosed.
