This microwave chocolate cake is answer to all our sweet cravings and you can have it in just few minutes. Isn’t it amazing?
Let’s begin with the ingredients:
-Flour 1 Cup
-Powdered Sugar 1 Cup
-Baking Powder 1 Teaspoon
-Milk 1 Cup
-Oil ½ Cup
-Water 2 Cups
-Sugar 4 Tablespoon
-Cocoa Powder 2Tablespoon
-Butter 2 ½ Tablespoon
-Dairy Milk Chocolates (or you can choose any other) 4
In the 1st bowl, add all the dry ingredients i.e. flour, powdered sugar, cocoa powder and baking powder. Mix it well.
In the 2nd bowl, add eggs, milk and oil. Mix it well.
Add the liquid mixture to the dry mixture and mix it well yet again.
Transfer it to a baking tray, pan, and dish whatever. Microwave it for 7 minutes. Check again and increase a minute every time till it’s done.
PS: You do not have to use any customized heat. Just the normal heat on which you normally warm your food.
For the sauce:
Take water add sugar, cocoa powder, butter (It will give a very glossy look to sauce), dairy milk chocolates. Heat everything together till it thickens.
Pour it over cake and EAT IT!
Or you can even put it in fridge for a while to let it cool down, if you can wait! 😉
