Millennials or Baby Boomers

Something is weaving web around people which is gradually overtaking them. The younger generation when opened their eyes see this intricate network that entangles them and make oldies wonder. What is this web? How this network traps them? How the younger generations make use of it? And how the older generations grapple with such astonished stuff?

It is all the blessings of ever growing technology which is up to the use of Millennial generation not to the Baby Boomers especially in the work place where laptops, internet, cell phones and other things are making way easy and closer to the mission. Quite a large difference can be seen when they are working in the same company or any organization. Their attitude even collides head on with the baby boomers. Millennial boys are narcissistic and self-promotional, they believe that they are above average which can be seen in their sentences having I’s and me’s, more confident about their work which in turn seek gratification. If it comes to the work relation to the life then they actually blur the lines between both even at home he would just focus on the undone office tasks while the oldies point a sharp line between work and personal life, who try to complete their pending tasks only in the workplace rather than bringing them to home. Boomers believed that a hard working person is the one who spends more hours in the office while Millennials has some other perspective, they are making use of technology sitting any where any place to complete their work because they are more globally interconnected. So if both of them are placed in a competition then Millennials surely would get their target more early than boomers because they know well how to make use of technology and get to the aim earlier. Still there is a darker side of this hurry which is that they always look for a quick success otherwise it would result in hopelessness while boomers tend to stand for longer period and this is why most of the people from that generation achieved their aim although slowly but they do so, it fits here well that slow and steady win the race.

If it comes to the family life then older people had more successful family life than we Millennials. Oldies when were in the same age group spend more time sharing things with one another, having gossips about random ideas, used to exchange jokes and laugh at minor issues, they were less depressive or sad than people of today’s world. New comers are fond of technological products like they are using laptops, tabs and spend more and more time watching television, they spend some time with family members only when there is no light and batteries ended, this is why they have more shattered personality than the one before.

Hence, both have pros and cons which are present everywhere. Actually each generation has a common set of human needs that are uniquely shaped by their life experiences but are distinctive to anyone outside that age group due to which one generation survival is bit tough in other one.
