PROJECT MANAGER – Road Infrastructure: B.Sc. Civil Engineer
Minimum 15 years experience preferably in road infrastructure, pipeline works and underground utilities.
GCC experience is valued. Concrete experience in completing projects within time / cost / quality. Wellexperienced in international codes and standards, able to manage large projects and the group of Site
Engineers. Familiarwith FIDIC rules and regulations. Knowledge of Arabic is an asset.
PROJECT MANAGER – Civil Buildings: B.Sc. Civil Engineer
Minimum 15 years experience preferably in the construction of G+12 buildings including related infrastructure.
GCC experience is valued. Able to manage large and multiple project sites. Knowledge of Arabic is an asset.
SENIOR PLANNING ENGINEER: B.Sc. Civil Engineer
Minimum 10 years Gulf experience. Capable of preparing, monitoring, updating time schedules and work
program, resource allocation, budgeting, forecasting and cost control. Knowledge of computer-related
programs including Primavera V6 is a must. Knowledge of Arabic is an asset.
SENIOR Q.S. / ESTIMATION ENGINEER: B.Sc. Civil Engineer
Minimum 15 years experience in the civil construction industry. Experienced in pre-tender and post tender,
estimation, costingandbudgeting,handlingpayment certificates independently.Well-versedinthepreparationof
claims and contractualmatters.Capable of handlingmultiple infrastructure and building projects simultaneously.
PROJECT ENGINEER – Road Infrastructure: B.Sc. Civil Engineer
7-10 years experience in roads, large diameter pipeline works and underground utilities. Well-versed in all
aspects of construction management of large projects.
PROJECT ENGINEER – Civil Buildings: B.Sc. Civil Engineer
7-10 years experience in the construction of G+12 buildings, industrial and commercial developmentswith
related infrastructure. GCC experience is valued.
PLANNING ENGINEER: B.Sc. Civil Engineer
7-10 years experience in the construction industry. Experience inmaking detailed project plans inPrimavera
independently and handlingmultiple infrastructure and building projects simultaneously. Well-versed in the
preparation of claims.
MECHANICAL ENGINEER: B.Sc. Mechanical Engineer
Minimum 10 years experience in building MEP and HVAC works. Well-versed in design, materials,
estimation and execution aspects. Willing towork in diverse job roles.
ARCHITECTURAL DRAFTSMAN
5-7 years Gulf experience, well-versed in preparing architectural plans, elevations, sections and details.
Knowledge of and experience in 3D modeling are an asset. Excellent AutoCAD skills.
AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE ADVISOR
3-5 years experience in automotive service environment. Knowledge of mechanical breakdown procedures
and manufacturers’warranty procedures and documentation. Computer skills and database entry.
STOREKEEPER
3-5 years experience in automotive service and parts stores. Good knowledge of ERP / SAP, computer data
entry, issuing transfer of parts among various sections, monitoring stock and parts inventory.
