ABU DHABI: Etisalat home landline and eLife subscribers started enjoying free national calls across the UAE to landline telephones from Monday in addition to the free local calls that they already enjoy.

The company stated in a press release on Monday that customers can automatically avail themselves of free national calls with high voice quality.

Etisalat also offers its home customers attractive options that best utilise their home phone with international calling plans. These can include the favourite country plan which provides excellent savings for customers who make frequent international calls to a specific country or the Super off-peak plan that allows Etisalat customers who call friends and family in different countries to benefit from the Super off-peak plan. This service provides discounted rates on calls made from their home landline.

In another offer, the Advanced Star Package provides different services enabling conference calls, call waiting/barring and call forwarding features.

Customers can dial 125 from their fixed lines to enjoy the above services.

All existing and new eLife customers can further benefit from unlimited internet usage packages, enjoying high speed internet downloads for accessing content, social media, browsing, gaming and other services.

Rashed Al Abbar, the Vice President of Home Services of Etisalat, had announced the free calls promotion last month. He indicated that Etisalat launched this new service for home customers across all emirates  as a tribute to our nation’s great leaders and to the spirit of unity in our country that binds all residents from all walks of life.

eLife TV promotion

eLife, the advanced home telephone, internet and TV services from Etisalat, are offering attractive and free TV packages to new customers as part of the summer promotion activities.

New eLife TV subscribers with an eLife bundle of landline and broadband services or subscribing to TV by itself, can choose one of 4 basic TV packages. They can also choose one of 8 ‘Mini-Packs’; either package is free for 3 months. The TV box rental fee will conditionally apply.

Viewers can also sign up for the basic TV with Arabic, Asian, Western or Filipino packages and their selected free mini package.
