ISLAMABAD: Contingents of Pakistan Army have been dispatched for various districts of South Punjab to assist civil administration during elections on May 11.
According to ISPR Multan Core, army contingents were dispatched on night between May 5 and 6 to maintain law and order in Multan, Muzaffargarh, Layyah, D I Khan, Rajanpur and Khaniwal till May 12.
